Project Manager – Strategic Customer Onboarding
Hybrid (Las Colinas office with remote).
- Conduct project meetings and manage deliverables from initiation through delivery.
- Serve as primary point of contact for projects, guiding them from kickoff to final implementation while adjusting to changing parameters.
- Collaborate with departments such as Credit, Regulatory, Pricing, and Sales to ensure seamless execution.
- Proactively plan and adjust schedules, coordinate all project aspects, and foster an open culture to change and innovation.
- Develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports, adjusting them to reflect project evolution.
- Assess risks and issues, develop flexible resolutions to meet timeline and objective goals.
- Present project information to executives, adapting presentations to reflect changes in direction.
- Champion internal and external partnerships to enhance responsiveness to customer needs.
- Lead new initiatives, act as catalyst for change, and foster continuous improvement.
- Drive development and rollout of new or updated policies as needed.
- 4+ years of relevant experience; 4+ years in sales/customer service or project management within healthcare or similar industry.
- 2+ years of project management experience.
- Degree or equivalent (4–year; related field preferable).
- Strong knowledge of sales, group purchasing organizations, government, institutional, and long‑term care entities.
- Leadership skills and ability to navigate dynamic environments.
- Functional skills: adaptability, customer relationship management, analysis, technical aptitude (MS Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet), strategic planning, process improvement.
- Professional attributes: embrace change, customer orientation, assertiveness, results orientation, decisiveness, openness, accountability, conflict resolution, creative thinking, excellent communication.
Office based at Las Colinas with a hybrid schedule (minimum two days on site per week). May require up to 10% travel, including overnight business trips.
Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive base pay range: $79,600 – $132,600 USD. Salary commensurate with experience and skills; may include annual bonus and long‑term incentive opportunities.
