Senior Director, International Accounting

This position will be located in the Dallas Fort Worth area with a hybrid schedule.

• Oversee international accounting operations across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting standards and local statutory requirements.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for international entities.
• Manage global consolidation and intercompany transactions.
• Partner with Tax, Treasury, and FP&A teams to optimize financial processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting systems and controls.
• Lead external and internal audits for international operations.
• Develop and implement global accounting policies and procedures.
• Provide strategic guidance on complex accounting issues and new regulations.
• Responsible for the accuracy of international financial statements impacting global revenue.
• Oversee accounting processes for multiple legal entities across diverse jurisdictions.
• Implement operational plans and ensure compliance with corporate governance.
• Operate with minimal supervision; expected to provide strategic leadership.
• Develop new processes for global compliance and efficiency.
• Resolve complex, ambiguous accounting challenges impacting multiple regions.
• Innovate in automation and system enhancements for international reporting.
• Maintain regular interaction with global finance leadership, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Influence senior stakeholders and negotiate with external partners.
• Communicate across multiple time zones and cultures.
• Directly manage senior accounting managers and indirectly oversee regional teams.
• Provide coaching, training, and succession planning for international finance talent.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 7+ years experience in Accounting, with at least 3 years in managing/leading a team.
• Expert knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP and statutory reporting requirements.
