Major Activities

• Manage the Copy Team to produce fresh, customer‑centric copy.
• Review and approve copy.
• Innovate copy, content, form, and format.
• Mentor and develop the Writing Team.
• Evolve and protect the brand voice.
• Execute the brand voice in alignment with the company vision.
• Research creative trends in competitive markets and apply that knowledge and learning to the development of new marketing projects.
• Attend meetings to gather information and priorities effective copy development.
• Represent the copy team in ideation meetings and reviews.
• Present work to management and internal clients.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Advertising or Journalism.

• Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

• 10+ years copywriting, 1‑3 years of supervisory experience.
• Brand implementation support experience required.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Great attention to detail.
• Able to juggle multiple projects while meeting demanding deadlines, producing high‑quality work and projecting a positive attitude.
• Manage internal deadlines and release dates.

• Working knowledge of InDesign preferred.
• Prefer some retail copywriting experience.
