Sr. Project Manager, Transformation

• Drive user adoption of corporate initiatives that deliver significant financial, operational, and customer and employee satisfaction impacts.
• Support the development of tools and plans to link enablement services with business strategy.
• Develop and manage the transformation workstream for projects in accordance with McKesson and external best practices.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, including business operations and users, through significant change and enterprise transformation efforts.
• Track program effectiveness and progress toward behavioral change.
• Support development of communications, trainings, documentation, and other deliverables to facilitate user adoption.
• Report to the Director, Projects & Portfolio and collaborate within a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

• Desired Skills
• Proven track record as Transformation Manager/Leader (stakeholder engagement, communications, training, change agent network).
• Project Management understanding and financial business acumen.
• Ability to motivate, influence and gain commitment at all levels.
• Understanding of how specific projects connect to key strategic objectives.
• Organize and lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Communicate effectively in a hybrid environment.
• Additional Skills
• Experience leading or managing small matrixed teams and leading projects across functional boundaries.
• Resourceful with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Education, Certification and Experience
• Degree or equivalent, typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) certifications preferred.
• Lean/Six Sigma (Black Belt) and/or Project Management Institute (PMP) certification is a plus.

Base Pay Range: $112,700 – $187,800. Additional compensation may include annual bonus or long‑term incentive opportunities.
