Louis Vuitton Client Services is seeking a motivated, passionate Correspondence Team Manager who possesses a client‑centric mindset to join our team at the Irving, TX campus.
In this role, you are responsible for the proper management and day‑to‑day support for Correspondence Advisors who handle all client contacts (via inbound phone calls, emails, live chat, and social media).
Key Responsibilities- Proactively foster the achievement of the Correspondence Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), consistently coach, motivate, develop, and train a team of Correspondence Advisors to ensure the successful execution of daily operations and the highest level of client experience.
- Ensure business opportunities are maximized by being a visible presence and support, exploring creative solutions that benefit the client and the brand, resolving complex client situations, and ensuring the Louis Vuitton Promise standards are achieved.
- Provide backup coverage for phone, email, live chat, and social media communications as needed.
- Learn and master brand and product knowledge; stay up‑to‑date on all product, company, and department initiatives through participation in relevant CSC and department training.
- Minimum 4+ years in a similar role with direct reports, preferably in a client‑centric environment (retail, luxury retail, digital selling, or hospitality).
- Consistent track record in developing highly successful, goal‑oriented teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong intuition for business with a commercial mindset; entrepreneurial spirit.
- Very proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft applications.
- Excellent organization and effective time‑management skills.
- Requires availability during weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Must be able to work onsite in Irving, TX.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $80,000‑$100,000 annually, plus the opportunity for a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short‑term and long‑term disability, various paid time‑off programs, employee discount/perks, and two retirement plans with employer contributions.
