Who You Are:
QTS is scaling at speed, and the complexity and interdependence of enterprise initiatives are rising. The Senior Vice President, Enterprise Enablement will build, from a near blank slate, the enterprise capability for transformational change by designing, launching, and owning the delivery and adoption model that defines how initiatives are triaged, prioritized, governed, enabled, and adopted. You enjoy leading and developing a high‑performing team of program and change professionals, setting standards and expectations, coaching and allocating resources, and building capabilities to deliver outcomes at scale.
The Impact
You Will Have:
Serving as the central coordination point for transformation and partnering with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams, you will align initiatives with strategy, capacity, technology and decision timelines. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with business process owners, IT, and other departments to align initiatives with enterprise priorities. The mandate is to create a single transformation engine that chooses what matters most, sequences it intelligently, and sustains adoption to deliver measurable value at scale.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and implement a robust operating model, providing a structured framework for coordinating cross‑functional initiatives that emphasize the advancement of technology.
- Lead the design, operation, and continuous evolution of the enterprise delivery and enablement model, ensuring initiatives are evaluated, governed, sequenced, and supported consistently across the growing and scaling organization.
- Define and maintain standard governance practices and delivery artifacts to ensure initiatives are executed with discipline, transparency, and consistency.
- Establish and lead communication plans and teams to drive proper decision‑making, escalation paths, accountability, timeliness, and resolution.
- Manage the intake and prioritization process across programs, including oversight of inventory and projects, establish standardized enterprise scoring criteria, value, risk, capacity, compliance, and operate a clear approval workflow.
- Operate the enterprise initiative portfolio, providing visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks, capacity, and sequencing.
- Establish enterprise standards and governance for initiative delivery and change enablement, accountable for consistent adoption planning, execution, and readiness across initiatives.
- Establish, deploy, and enforce standardized project management practices to ensure efficient tracking of benefits, dependencies, and progress.
- Communicate, train, and embed new Enterprise Transformation processes across functions, ensuring alignment to governance expectations.
- Establish clear adoption readiness criteria and ensure initiatives meet readiness thresholds prior to major milestones and go‑live.
- Lead the enterprise change‑management and enablement capability through management of a team of Change Partners, ensuring initiatives have clear adoption strategies, stakeholder engagement, training, and readiness plans.
- Deploy transformation dashboards to track progress, dependencies, KPIs, risks, and value realization in a centralized, single source of truth.
- Establish and run enterprise‑level operating and executive review cadences that surface progress, risks, dependencies, and adoption readiness for leadership decision‑making.
- Launch monthly operational reviews and quarterly executive reviews with standard agendas and escalation paths.
- Ability to travel on average 25% of the time, building in‑person connections and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field, or previous equivalent experience.
- Fifteen or more years of experience leading enterprise‑level delivery, transformation, or enablement efforts across multiple business functions.
- Seven or more years of people leadership experience building and developing high‑performing teams.
