Servicing Vendor Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of direct reports consisting of invoice clerks and vendor coordinators
• Oversee day-to-day operations for invoice clerks and vendor coordinators
• Manage reporting, performance management, and communicate with invoice clerks and vendor coordinators on a daily basis
• Provide clear direction to achieve department goals and metrics
• Maintain a process of continuous review, feedback, and action to spot areas of opportunity
• Create and implement daily strategy of Exeter repo/invoicing assignments
• Establish and develop a relationship with 3rd party vendors to assess their performance levels
• Interpret, communicate, and implement company policies and procedures
• Serve as primary contact for production issue notification, escalation and resolution of operations

• College degree or equivalent work experience
• Six (6) plus years of experience, with one (1) plus years of management experience
• Knowledge of state and federal collection laws, as well as bankruptcy laws required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word
• Interpersonal skills prompting a team environment
• Ability to professionally represent Exeter and maintain working relationships with internal/external customers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including developing and delivering presentations to senior management.
