Summary

We are seeking a strategic Director of Managed Services to lead an Item Master Services team supporting data enrichment and contract price accuracy for customers utilizing Lawson, Infor Cloud Suite, or Peoplesoft as an ERP. In this role, you will focus on ensuring customers gain the greatest value from their engagement and are receiving data with high integrity and accuracy—enabling informed, high-impact recommendations and solutions that drive supply chain.

As a strategic leader, you will play a key role in achieving revenue and member satisfaction goals while also ensuring high standards of data quality and execution excellence. You will work closely with cross‑functional partners including Data Management, Product Management, and Analytics Innovation to continuously enhance the value delivered to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performance team, including a Manager who oversees their own direct reports.
  • Set the strategic direction for data quality, enrichment, and analytics processes in alignment with business and product delivery goals.
  • Leverage expertise in Lawson, Infor Cloud Suite, or Peoplesoft to optimize process workflows and strengthen the value delivery for item master and contract module data.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive long-term participation.
  • Establish KPIs and quality benchmarks for team performance.
  • Implement engagement and retention strategies that reinforce program value and strengthen client commitment including business reviews.
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management for direct reports and ensure appropriate team workload and staffing.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales to develop proposals to expand business including pricing, deliverables, RFP responses, and in person presentations.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability within the team.
Qualifications
  • Relevant degree preferred, advanced degree desired in Healthcare, Business, or related field.
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience in healthcare analytics or supply chain operations required.
  • 3 or more years of leadership experience required.
  • Experience with hospital mergers/acquisitions and ERP system implementations is preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with managing item master in Lawson, Infor Cloud Suite, or Peoplesoft and understanding of workflows.
  • Exceptional relationship management, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with a group purchasing organization (GPO) is a plus.
