Assistant Restaurant Manager – Food Service Supervisor – Management at Braum's store in Irving, TX.

The role focuses on executing the company’s brand strategy, promoting vision and values, ensuring a great customer experience, and maximizing sales.

• Teach, coach, and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of the food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed accordingly.

Rotating 3‑week schedule with an expected 45‑hour work week. Shift: 2:00 p.m. – Close.

Hourly: $18.50 – $19.00 (annualized $53,000 – $57,000). Experience required: 2 years.
