Missions

The holder of the position collaborates in the management of several structuring projects for the SSA such as the modernization of a central pharmacy of the armies within a redesigned and modernized site taking into account the different missions of the medical supply (RAVMED) of the site of Orléans-Chanteau); the construction of the new national hospital of instruction of the armies of new generation in Marseille, emblematic establishment of the future military hospital capacity);

and "roadmap of RAVMED" (follow-up of the action plan related to the modernization of the capacities of the RAVMED chain at the service of the operational contract). In this context, under the authority of the designated project director, the activities attached to the position are the following:

• Ensure the framing of the projects: definition (issues and objectives), organization and elaboration of roadmaps;
• Ensure the coherence of the projects with regard to the roadmap of the SSA and the priorities of the central director;
• Anticipate and analyze opportunities, constraints, risks and major blockage points;
• Follow the progress of the projects: project reviews, synthesis elements, proposals for improvement and solutions (if difficulties are noted);
• Coordinate and animate multidisciplinary and multi-actor teams (professions, external partners, service providers, etc.);
• Prepare high comitology and elements of decision-making support;
• Provide methodological support.

Holder of a master's degree and with solid skills in project management and change management, you put your expertise at the service of the elaboration of strategic studies. Recognized for your sense of human relations, you know how to animate and federate working groups around common objectives. In this capacity, you are able to collect and analyze the needs of stakeholders, to pilot transformation approaches and to effectively accompany the conduct of change.
