Missions In Brief
Within the MTEEDD, the position holder reports to the head of the mission. They contribute to the development and monitoring of strategic documents related to the renewable energy aspect of infrastructure and daily mobility. Specifically, they are responsible for:
- Following solarization projects of ministry premises (Place au Soleil program, renewable energy roadmap, and steering of the associated working group, major projects…) in liaison with the armed forces department and service,
- Ensuring the implementation and monitoring of action plans related to the decarbonization of daily mobility: monitoring the implementation of mobility plans, animation of the network of mobility coordinators in liaison with the armed forces, departments, and services, participation in the works related to the greening of the ministry's vehicle fleet,
- Participating in expertise on energy issues related to sustainable development,
- Conducting regulatory or innovation watch in the field of activity. They pilot projects, write analyses and summaries, participate in the elaboration of the strategic vision of the HFDD, and coordinate the production of indicators within their field of competence. They participate in the monitoring of commitments for eco-responsible public services and contribute to awareness-raising actions on sustainable development and energy transition for civilian and military personnel.
Sought
A category A civil servant or holder of a master's level 2 degree, you have initial experience in project management. If possible, you have prior professional experience in the field of energy transition or at minimum, knowledge of major energy issues and current energy actors. You are able to lead meetings or working groups and produce summaries. You are able to take into account all aspects of a project in the conduct of your missions (legal or technical, organizational, communication…).
You have the initiative and can propose strategies and action plans. The position has a strong partnership dimension, so you know how to listen and adapt to complex organizations. You know how to work as part of a team and share your knowledge and expertise.

The missions are likely to be modified as part of the ongoing unification of the Directorate of Territories, Real Estate, and Environment (Paris 15) with the Defense Infrastructure Service (Versailles 78), scheduled for 2027. Travel is expected between the two sites.
