IT Project Manager
Technical Program Manager (TPM)
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to manage and deliver large-scale technology programs. The ideal candidate will drive cross‑functional initiatives, ensure timely delivery, and align technical solutions with business objectives while leveraging Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence
.
- Lead end‑to‑end program delivery across multiple teams within Banking & Cards initiatives
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across technology and business teams
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Business, Engineering, Risk, and Compliance teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and track progress using Jira (boards, backlogs, sprint tracking)
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and knowledge repositories in Confluence
- Drive status reporting, governance, and stakeholder communication at all levels
- Identify and mitigate program risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively
- Ensure adherence to Citi’s regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks
- Coordinate release planning and deployment activities
- Support continuous improvement in Agile delivery and program execution
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or TPM roles
- Strong domain experience in Banking & Cards (Payments, Credit Cards, Issuing/Acquiring)
- Hands‑on expertise with Jira (workflow management, reporting) and Confluence
- Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience managing cross‑functional and distributed teams
- Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle
- Proven ability to handle multiple concurrent programs
Expected compensation range: $60,000 to $135,000, dependent on location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and experience. Eligible for standard benefits including medical and dental coverage, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other leave options.
