Lead Project Manager (P5)

We are looking for a Lead Project Manager to join our Business Enablement team. The candidate will be responsible for leading complex programs and initiatives that deliver significant financial, operational, and customer and employee satisfaction impacts.
Job Responsibilities- Lead planning, execution, and successful delivery of highly complex programs across Corporate Finance functions, including technology implementations and transformations.
- Ensure adherence to project goals, timelines, and budget, managing scope creep and maintaining focus on high-priority capabilities.
- Coordinate and manage multiple vendors and stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery, within budget, and in accordance with agreed-upon quality standards.
- Prepare regular project status reports, deliver progress updates, lead Steer Co meetings, and maintain project documentation and artifacts.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and promote cost-effectiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing issues that may impact project success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and adopt best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration and build relationships with various teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence executive and leadership stakeholders, build strategic alignment, and drive decision‑making.
- Strong interpersonal and consulting skills, including active listening, influencing, facilitation, and problem solving.
- Ability to absorb and synthesize large quantities of information, connect dots across work streams, and support business case development.
- Champion change adoption across the organization and serve as a change lead when necessary.
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including managing large, complex, enterprise‑wide technology implementations.
- Expert level project management knowledge with strong financial business acumen.
- Proven ability to motivate, influence, and gain commitment at all levels of the organization.
- Experience supporting matrixed teams and cross‑functional projects in a hybrid environment.
- Expert verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Lean Six Sigma certification (Black Belt) and/or Project Management Institute (PMP) certification is a plus.
Our Base Pay Range for this position: $140,200 - $233,600
