Assistant Restaurant Manager – Food Service Supervisor – Management

Hourly: $17.50 – $18.00 (annual $51,500 – $55,500)

Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:00 PM, rotating 3‑week schedule, ≈45 hr per week.

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of food service function, grocery market, and fountain sales.
• Participate in inventory monitoring, supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure store policies and practices are implemented and followed.

Reports to Store Manager.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years retail management experience.
• At least 21 years old and valid driver’s license.
• Customer focus and strong work ethic.
• Positive approach to training, developing, and interacting with all levels of the team.
• Ability to build a successful team and foster trust.
• Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
• Effective communication with leadership team members.
• Ability to analyze reporting results and identify effective team alignment.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to follow practices and procedures.
• Follow‑up and follow‑through with discipline.
• Initiate action and achieve goals.
