Manager, Delivery Partnerships
The Manager, Delivery Partnerships will lead strategy, operations, and analytics across 7‑Eleven's third‑party delivery ecosystem. This role is responsible for managing partner relationships, optimizing performance, and driving customer satisfaction across platforms such as Door Dash, UberEATS, Grubhub, and Instacart. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, technical fluency, and relationship‑building to scale delivery capabilities and improve sales performance.
Responsibilities- Lead delivery partnership strategy to drive business growth, expand coverage, and elevate customer experience.
- Manage third‑party delivery partners, foster long‑term development, and identify opportunities to maximize delivery sales.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations to launch and optimize delivery integrations across platforms.
- Run and facilitate cross‑functional meetings, lead discussions, and ensure internal teams are aligned to partner goals and execution plans.
- Analyze performance data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and drive partner success through consultative engagement and sales activation.
Education:
Bachelor’s or 4‑year degree
Relevant work experience: 7+ years
Management experience: 3+ years
Knowledge and Skills- Strategic execution – shape and implement delivery partnership strategy to drive measurable outcomes.
- Partner management – oversee third‑party delivery partners, identify performance gaps, and lead post‑integration success.
- Cross‑functional enablement – collaborate with product and engineering teams to launch and optimize delivery integrations.
- Analytics and insights – conduct data‑driven analysis to evaluate marketplace performance, promotional impact, and customer engagement.
- Relationship development – build and maintain strategic alliances with restaurant tech platforms and delivery partners.
- Business acumen and agility – apply strong problem‑solving, negotiation, and communication skills to manage priorities and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
