* What You Will Do:

** This individual will be responsible for both project management and product ownership. As a Project Manager you will be accountable for ensuring successful completion of projects, on-time, within budget, and error-free.  The principal responsibility of the Project Manager is to manage the planning and execution of project team members. As the Product Owner you will work intimately with the Scrum Team with the primary task of creating and managing the Product Backlog and to ensure everyone knows the priorities and assisting the scrum team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
* Incumbent will support various project teams and obtain/provide a variety of information starting at concept stage and continuing through prototype, pilot, implementation and follow-up stages of various projects
* Develop and produce project management schedules.
* Use professional project management tools and techniques to manage reporting, tracking charts, checklist, and project scheduling software and to delegate appropriately.
* Manage change and take active leadership in timely decision making.
* Responsible for creating, maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog according to business value for the life of the project.
* Communicate Product Backlog priorities to the team.
* Act as the key decision-maker regarding what features the product will have.
* Responsible for the vision of what is to be built, and conveying that vision to the team.
