** Responsibilities for Project Manager include but are not limited to:*
* · Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Visio experience preferred

· Ability to collaborate with others and build relationships with business partners preferred

· Must be proficient with MS Office tools, such as Word and Excel and Power Point

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

· Demonstrated skills in problem solving, conflict management, and dealing with ambiguity

· Organized with an orientation toward details

· Ability to learn project process quickly

· Ability to adapt quickly to change

· This position requires individuals who are capable of coordinating multiple efforts simultaneously

· Requires the ability to deliver on tight deadlines

· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

· Must be an effective team player

· High level of written communication, ability to make complex regulations and processes understandable to Payroll staff

· Ability to interact with all types of employees at all levels

** Candidates for Project Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* · High School Diploma or GED

· 2 years of experience managing staff

· 5 year's experience in project management

· Maximum project duration of up to 12 months

· Managed team of up to 15 associates

· Manage projects for internal and external stakeholders

** What's in this Project Manager position for you?*
* · Pay: $30/hr - $40/hr.

** Pay Details:**  $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
