This Engineering Manager position is within our Cat Technology - Solution Integration & Validation organization. The position will be responsible for managing our CI Autonomy SI&V team, as well as leading development of our next generation of AI-enabled validation tooling teams. We have a fabulous team that does some of the most exciting work at Caterpillar, and we can’t wait for you to join the team!!

* What You Will Do:

*** Manage and lead the growth of the CI Autonomy SI&V engineering staff and activities with an emphasis on organizational goals achievement, professional development and continuous improvement.
* Monitoring and continuously improving product and process performance, quality and cost-effectiveness for all engineering activities and deliverables.
* Providing leadership to create and maintain processes used to ensure quality from all office and onboard delivery teams.
* Requires a degree in an accredited Engineering or Computer Science curriculum.

** Knowledge of effective planning techniques and ability to contribute to operational (short term), tactical (1-2 years) and strategic (3-5 years) planning in support of the overall business plan.
