Celanese is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its Tax team and drive international tax planning initiatives. You will partner with internal stakeholders and external advisors to optimize the company’s tax position, including M&A-related matters and cross-border planning.
You will coordinate with Finance, Legal, and other functions, manage advisors, and ensure SOX documentation and compliance. A hands-on, collaborative leader with extensive tax experience is required.
