Branch Manager – Staffing (High-Volume Operations)

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall performance, profitability, and growth of a high-volume staffing branch. This role leads a team of recruiters and account managers while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of managing high-volume staffing operations, delivering exceptional client service, and developing high-performing teams.

Branch Leadership & Performance

• Direct and manage all branch operations to achieve revenue, gross margin, and profitability targets
• Develop and execute strategic plans to support business growth and client expansion
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including fill ratios, time-to-fill, spread, and retention metrics
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and employment regulations

Team Management & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and account managers to drive performance and productivity
• Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to enhance team capabilities
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Client Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and strategic accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships through consistent communication and service delivery
• Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and service evaluations
• Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and new business development

High-Volume Staffing Operations

• Oversee full-cycle staffing operations, including recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and workforce management
• Ensure the branch can effectively support high-volume client demands while maintaining quality standards
• Partner with internal teams to optimize processes and improve efficiency
• Address and resolve client or workforce issues in a timely and professional manner

Business Development

• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to drive new business opportunities
• Support proposals, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
• Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends and competitor activity

Required

• 5+ years of experience in staffing, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or branch management role
• Proven success managing high-volume staffing operations
• Strong experience in account management and client-facing roles
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen with a results-driven mindset
• Valid Driver License
