Job Description

You’re a natural leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team, maintain high standards, and ensure customers receive the level of service they deserve. As a Bilingual Insurance Office Manager with Chargoy Agency
, you’ll help lead an Allstate agency in Irving that has served the community for more than 30 years.

You’ll coach and support the sales and service team, monitor KPIs and pipelines, and help team members improve their quoting, follow-up, cross-selling, and closing skills. You’ll also oversee daily operations, ensure processes are followed, and work closely with the agency owner to solve problems and improve how the agency operates.

The base salary is $60,000- $80,000, depending on experience. You’ll also receive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, and a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support the sales and service team.
Monitor sales activity, KPIs, pipelines, and team performance.
Improve quoting, follow-up, cross-selling, and closing skills.
Oversee daily operations and established agency processes.
Work with the agency owner to improve performance and solve problems.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Active Texas General Lines Property & Casualty license.
Prior P&C insurance experience.
Strong understanding of personal lines, including auto and home.
Strong communication, sales, coaching, and leadership skills.
Organized, dependable, and comfortable with goals and KPIs.
Positive, solutions-focused approach to leading and supporting others.
