Visionz Designs is seeking a picker/packer to work in our busy warehouse. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, a successful candidate will be responsible for the picking, packing, and shipping of orders. Attention to detail is a must to ensure accurate and timely shipments of customer orders.

• Pick, pack, and ship orders from the warehouse.
• Scan items to ensure correct picking of goods.
• Report damaged items and inventory discrepancies as necessary.
• Securely pack orders to prevent damage in transport.
• Perform periodical cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Put away completed goods to pick bins.
• Receive and put away blank goods for production.
• Report discrepancies on received products to management and vendors.
• Fold, bag and barcode finished products.
• Follow instructions from management to ensure accuracy and timely shipping of orders.
• Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules to ensure a safe and organized workspace.

From time to time, successful candidates will be required to work in other departments as workloads shift. These responsibilities include:

• Staging blank garments for production.
• Assist in print production.
• Quality control of printed goods.
• Operate heat press printing machines to print graphics onto blank goods.

• Experience working in a warehouse environment or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to take instruction and work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to problem solve and adapt to a changing work environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
