Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: loading/sorting product.
Essential Functions- Loading product through the belt/loading laser
- Sorting product
- Placing product in containers
- Removing fat from boneless product
- Grading boneless
- Grading bones
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.
ExperienceEntry level.
Other RequirementsNo other requirements necessary.
Working ConditionsHigh noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
