This onsite Electronics Assembler role supports the production of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components used in diagnostic instruments. The position involves hands‑on assembly, testing, and inspection work in a regulated manufacturing environment. Duties are performed under moderate supervision with strict adherence to quality and safety standards based on verified assembler responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electronic components following SOPs, work instructions, and GMP requirements.
- Perform wiring, cable harnessing, component installation, and fitting using hand tools, power tools, and assembly fixtures.
- Conduct testing, calibration, and verification to ensure accuracy and reliability of completed assemblies; maintain clear documentation.
- Inspect components and finished products for compliance with FDA and ISO quality standards.
- Troubleshoot minor production issues and support daily build goals per the manufacturing schedule.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience with mechanical assembly, wiring, hand tools, power tools, and basic measurement methods.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, work instructions, and schematics.
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a regulated production environment.
- Full-time, onsite role in a production and assembly facility.
- Requires standing, bending, and use of hand tools throughout the shift.
- Follows strict safety and quality guidelines.
