- Must complete a pre‑employment physical and drug test
- Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day
- Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist
- Must be able and available to work overtime as required
- Produce and build cardboard boxes for packing out finished product and supplying the boxes to the production line
- Pack out finished products into boxes (6 boxes per minute of 40 lbs. or 8 boxes per minute of 30 lbs.)
- Palletize finished boxed product (40–50 boxes per pallet every 5 minutes)
- Stage the following pallet of product
- Guide finished product box through the double‑sided tape machine and secure a good seal (8 boxes per minute)
- Move pallets to and from designated areas
- Operate and work rapidly in this position while practicing all safety rules and regulations
- Communicate with management when there are concerns with production, safety, or employee relations
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by the customer or client

Supervisory ResponsibilityThis position has no supervisory responsibilities
Working ConditionsHigh noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment, dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
