Warehouse Associate

Visionz Designs is a fast‑growing apparel production company specializing in high‑quality screen printing, embroidery, retail finishing, and fulfillment. We are known for precision, creativity, and delivering top‑tier custom products to our clients.

We are looking for a picker/packer to support our busy warehouse. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for picking, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring accurate and timely shipments of customer orders.

• Pick, pack, and ship orders from the warehouse.
• Scan items to confirm correct picking.
• Report damaged items and inventory discrepancies.
• Securely pack orders to prevent damage during transport.
• Perform periodical cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory.
• Put away completed goods to pick bins.
• Receive and put away blank goods for production.
• Report discrepancies on received products to management and vendors.
• Fold, bag, and barcode finished products.
• Follow instructions from management to ensure accurate and timely shipping of orders.
• Follow cleaning and maintenance schedules for a safe and organized workspace.

From time to time, you may be required to work in other departments as workloads shift. These additional responsibilities include:

• Staging blank garments for production.
• Assisting in print production.
• Quality control of printed goods.
• Operating heat press printing machines to imprint graphics onto blank goods.

• Experience working in a warehouse environment or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to take instruction and work as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to problem‑solve and adapt to a changing work environment.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
