Test Technician

Our client, a leader in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Engineering
- Non Degreed I to join their team. As an Engineering
- Non Degreed I, you will be part of the Production Support team supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform detailed assembly and testing of electronic components and finished devices in a controlled manufacturing environment

+ Read, interpret, and follow engineering drawings, schematics, and complex test procedures

+ Utilize automated test equipment to ensure product quality and functionality

+ Maintain accurate records for Device History Records and quality documentation

+ Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and achieve quality and profitability goals

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or equivalency required; AAS preferred

+ Minimum of 2 years experience with electromechanical assemblies or electronic manufacturing preferred

+

Experience with electronic assembly and testing in a medical device environment is a plus

+ Knowledge of GMP, ISO, and FDA controlled environments is advantageous

+ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively
