Essential duties and responsibilities include the following: assigning, addressing, stamping & shipping products & samples; accepting packaged & palleted goods, unpacking, verifying & recording incoming merchandise, and arranging timely transportation of product.

• Timely and accurate SAP paperwork and data entry for all Ship/Rec loads
• Must be computer literate
• Report via email any equipment/damage to supervisor immediately
• Email Crown if equipment is not functioning properly
• Answer phone and radio calls
• Discuss delivery or pick‑up schedules with drivers
• Accept and give receipt for pallet money
• Turn all paperwork in at end of shift to upstairs accounting personnel
• Freezer/cooler inventory assistance
• Be safety‑minded as well as customer service‑minded towards drivers
• Knowledgeable with BOLs from Americold requirements and documentation completion
• Must be dependable, prompt, and willing to work weekends and overtime as needed
• Communicate with management regarding concerns with Production Safety, Employee Relations, and related issues
• Perform other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client

• Display positive attitude and team‑work skills
• Must complete a pre‑employment physical and drug test
• Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist
• Must be available to work overtime as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of work‑related experience
