Position: Machine Specialist I (Bagger Operator I)

Employment Type: Full-time, Hourly Non‑exempt

Compensation: Hourly

Qualifications: Display positive attitude and teamwork skills. Must complete a pre‑employment physical and drug test. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist. Must be available to work overtime as required.

Job Summary: Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following:
Machine setup & operation.

• Assembles scales & bagger
• Insert plastic film in bagger; lifting 70lbs
• Performs weekly PMs on bagger
• Troubleshoots & performs problem solving for issues
• Applies correct settings for production
• Must follow all safety rules
• Communicates with management when there are concerns with production safety employee relations
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Entry level.

Other Requirements: No other requirements necessary.

Working Conditions: High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
