North American Chemicals is a division of NCH Corporation, a worldwide manufacturer of maintenance, repair and industrial supply products. Our Mohawk Texas Facility in Irving, Texas is currently seeking a Production Supervisor.

Reporting to a Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will lead the filling operation for our liquid production department and contribute to continuous improvement throughout the organization.

• Manage hourly associates in warehouse and liquid production (timecards, disciplinary actions, etc.)
• Supervise manufacture, filling, and packing of liquid products.
• Conduct departmental inspections.
• Streamline processes in the warehouse and refurbish equipment for efficient workflows.
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree—Engineering preferred.
• Previous experience using SAP preferred.
• Two years of production supervision experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
