Position Type:
Permanent Full Time Hourly Direct

Shift: 1st and 2nd

• Machine Operation:
  Set up and operate manual equipment such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
• Technical Interpretation:
  Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to understand project specifications.
• Tool Selection:
  Determine appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feeds for each job.
• Quality Control:
  Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet strict quality standards and specifications.
• Maintenance:
  Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on machinery and equipment to ensure proper function.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work with engineers and other team members to resolve production issues and improve manufacturing processes.
• Safety:
  Ensure adherence to all safety standards and company procedures while working with machinery.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
• Setting up and operating machine tools to cut, shape, and finish materials to exact specifications.
• Using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure parts meet tight tolerances.
• Monitoring the production process and making real‑time adjustments to machine settings.
• Performing routine maintenance on equipment to ensure it remains in good working order.
• Inspecting finished parts for quality assurance and documenting or discarding any defects.
• Adhering to strict safety protocols and workplace standards.

• High school diploma or GED is the minimum education.
• Completion of a vocational program, technical school certificate, or apprenticeship is highly valued.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and coordination.
• Ability to read and understand technical blueprints.
• Physical stamina for repetitive tasks and standing for long periods.

• Welding and fitting experience a plus.
