Operations Supervisor​/Entry Level Engineer

We are currently seeking candidates for an Production Supervisor at its Mohawk Texas Facility located in Irving, Texas.

Reporting to a Production Manager, the Production Supervisor will be a “Proven Leader” who will supervise the filling operation for our liquid production department and contribute to continuous improvement in the organization.

• Manage hourly associates in warehouse and liquid production (timecards, disciplinary, etc.)
• Supervise the manufacture and filling / packing of liquid products
• Perform departmental inspections
• Work on streamlining processes in warehouse and equipment refurbishment for efficient work flows
• Perform other related duties as required.

• Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering degree preferred
• Previous Experience Using SAP preferred
• 2 years of production supervision experience preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.
