- Stand and walk up to 8 hours per day.
- Frequently bend, lift and twist.
- Available to work overtime as required.
Essential duties & responsibilities include handling, packing, and palletizing product.
Essential Functions- Produce and build cardboard boxes for packing finished product and supply them to the production line.
- Pack finished products into boxes (6 boxes/1 minute of 40 lbs. and/or 8 boxes/1 minute of 30 lbs.).
- Palletize finished boxed product (40‑50 boxes per pallet every 5 minutes) and stage the next pallet.
- Guide finished product boxes through the double‑sided tape machine and secure a good seal (8 boxes per minute).
- Move pallets to and from designated areas.
- Operate and work rapidly while observing all safety rules and regulations.
- Communicate with management regarding concerns.
- Follow production safety and employee relations procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support production demands, as may be specified by customer or client.
- Lifting totes and emptying them.
Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent.
ExperienceEntry‑level.

Working ConditionsHigh noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment, and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
