Position: Loader/Sorter

Compensation: Hourly Non-exempt

Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications: Display positive attitude and teamwork skills. Must complete a pre‑employment physical and drug test. Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, lift and twist. Must be able and available to work overtime as required.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following: loading/sorting product.

• Loading product through the belt/loading laser
• Sorting product
• Placing product in containers
• Removing fat from boneless product
• Grading boneless
• Grading bones

Supervisory Responsibility: This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Entry level.

Other Requirements: No other requirements necessary.

High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.

Successful completion of a pre‑employment drug test and background check are required.
