Machine Operator- 3rd Shift

Title: Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Location: Irving, TX

Reports to: Production Supervisor

Department: Irving – 3rd Shift IQF Line 1

Classification: Nonexempt

Employment Type: Full-time (Hourly Non‑exempt)

• Setup & program DSI
• Coordinate with production personnel for marinating process
• Stage and weigh out ingredients for marinating prime
• Plan daily production run with raw ingredients for marinating prime for the next shift
• Maintain and monitor pickup weights on short and overages on finished products
• Communicate with production personnel, management, and QA regarding missed opportunities and product specifications
• Perform daily reporting with QA for product out of specification
• Communicate concerns to management as necessary
• Maintain production safety and employee relations
• Performs other related duties as assigned to support production demands as may be specified by customer or client
• Check quality of product

• Display positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Must complete a pre‑employment physical, drug test, and background check
• Must be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours per day; frequently bend, lift, and twist
• Must be able and available to work overtime as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Entry‑level experience acceptable

High noise, varied temperatures (warm to cold), slippery floors, moving equipment, and dust may be present. Employees will wear personal protective equipment as necessary or required.
