Position SummaryWe are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Production Associate to join our operations team. This position is responsible for supporting daily production, packaging, labeling, inventory handling, and order fulfillment in a chemical manufacturing and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Pour and transfer chemicals into production containers following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Package finished products into kits according to company specifications.
- Apply accurate product labels and verify labeling compliance.
- Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Receive, organize, and store raw materials and finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and chemical handling procedures.
- Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.
Required
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred
- Previous warehouse experience.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience.
- Forklift certification or forklift operating experience is a plus.
- Experience working around chemicals or in an industrial environment is a plus.
- Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and walk for extended periods.
- Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Work safely around industrial equipment and chemical products while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).

- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
