Warehouse Associate

Schedule: Monday–Friday | Approximately 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Warehouse Production Associate to join our operations team. This position is responsible for supporting daily production, packaging, labeling, inventory handling, and order fulfillment in a chemical manufacturing and warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.

• Pour and transfer chemicals into production containers following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Package finished products into kits according to company specifications.
• Apply accurate product labels and verify labeling compliance.
• Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Receive, organize, and store raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
• Follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, and chemical handling procedures.
• Perform other warehouse and production duties as assigned.

Required

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work on your feet throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience is a plus.
• Experience working around chemicals or in an industrial environment is a plus.

• Frequently lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive motions including bending, reaching, and twisting.
• Work safely around industrial equipment and chemical products while wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE).
