Senior Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Senior Team Lead to support production operations by leading multiple production teams and ensuring consistent performance across assigned work areas.
The Senior Team Lead is responsible for coordinating daily production activities, developing Team Leads, and driving safety, quality, and productivity throughout multiple production areas.
Job Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and support Team Leads and production employees to achieve daily production goals.
- Coordinate workflow, labor, materials, and equipment across multiple production areas.
- Promote consistency in safety, quality, and standard operating procedures.
- Monitor production performance, identify improvement opportunities, and help resolve operational issues.
- Train and develop Team Leads while promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate production records and communicate operational updates to management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience with previous leadership experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and quality standards.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
