Focus

• Lead multiple technical service projects supporting building automation, energy management, and low voltage control systems.
• Coordinate field technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and customer representatives to ensure successful project execution.
• Serve as the primary technical resource for customers by providing guidance throughout maintenance activities, upgrades, repairs, and modernization initiatives.
• Develop service schedules, allocate resources, and monitor project progress to maintain quality, safety, and customer expectations.
• Support diagnostics, commissioning activities, system optimization efforts, and technical problem resolution for complex building control environments.
• Review system performance data and collaborate with customers on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
• Prepare project documentation including schedules, service reports, cost tracking, change documentation, and customer communications.
• Monitor project financial performance while supporting purchasing activities and resource planning.
• Promote compliance with applicable safety requirements, industry standards, and established operational procedures.
• Partner with internal leadership to strengthen service delivery processes and enhance long term customer relationships.

Skill Set

• Minimum of three years of experience supporting building automation systems, low voltage technologies, energy management solutions, or technical project management.
• Demonstrated success leading customer facing service projects and coordinating technical field personnel.
• Working knowledge of building automation platforms, facility control systems, electrical monitoring solutions, smart metering technologies, and related building infrastructure.
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, control schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Foundational understanding of electrical systems, lighting controls, contractors, relays, and associated troubleshooting techniques.
• Experience working with building communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, or Lon Works is highly desirable.
• Exposure to building control platforms including Cylon, Distech, Novar, Teletrol, RTU controls, or similar technologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of network infrastructure supporting connected building systems is considered a plus.
• Project Management Professional certification, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, or related industry certifications are advantageous.
