Our client, a leading organization in the medical device manufacturing industry, is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Technician (Medical Devices) to join their dedicated team. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician (Medical Devices), you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Technician (Medical Devices)

Location: Irving, TX

Pay Range: $20-$21hr

Shift: 1st shift-6:00am - 2:30pm

What's the Job?

  • Perform testing of electronic components and assemblies using automated test equipment
  • Assist in mechanical assembly of electromechanical subassemblies and devices
  • Read, comprehend, and follow detailed written procedures and verbal instructions
  • Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and complex test procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives to enhance production processes

What's Needed?

  • Experience with electronic assembly and testing in a medical device environment preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of experience with electromechanical assemblies or electronic manufacturing
  • Knowledge of troubleshooting electronic equipment and building/testing electronic assemblies
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
