Assurant is seeking a supervisor-level associate at its Irving, TX facility to lead and train a manufacturing/warehouse team. The role involves monitoring production, quality controls, and daily KPI adherence, with escalation and coaching duties. Onsite schedule is Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, at the Irving location.
You will coordinate with supervisors, support cross-department workflows, and participate in 6S audits to drive continuous improvement and on-the-floor adjustments as needed.
