All Search Professional Staffing seeks a Shop Foreman for a structural steel fabrication shop in Irving, TX. Base salary targets the 70k–80k/year range and includes on-site leadership of welding and fabrication operations.
You will supervise welders, fitters, and shop personnel, read fabrication drawings, and coordinate daily schedules and inspections to ensure quality and on-time production. CWI certification strongly preferred.
