* Job Summary:

** The Release Train Engineer/Cross-Mission Delivery Lead operates the cross-mission execution system for Atlas and the broader CI portfolio cadence. This role connects plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, commitments, and evidence into one disciplined execution flow. The role facilitates alignment and recovery without replacing Product, TPM, Mission Lead, Architecture, Engineering, or delivery-team accountability.

* What You Will Do:

*** Lead integrated release planning and maintain a reconciled execution plan across mission teams.
* Operate the critical path, including baseline and forecast views, dependency classes, float, recovery triggers, and owner validation.
* Manage cross-mission and cross-organization dependency flow, with clear suppliers, consumers, need-by dates, impacts, escalations, and closure evidence.
* Run cross-team execution cadences and readiness forums that turn risks, decisions, commitments, and impediments into accountable follow-through.
* Coordinate release and milestone readiness, including entry and exit criteria, exceptions, mitigations, and Go/No-Go preparation.
