PURPOSE:

The Ground Crew position is a valuable, hybrid position that supports the efficient execution of plant (Stationary and Portal) locations in the day-to-day operations. In addition, this position ensures that the facilities, trucks, and equipment are clean. This position supports daily concrete and material productions.

• Ability to operate:
  Skid Steer Loader, Forklift/Telehandler, Ski Left
• Functions as a back-up to the Loader Operator
• Responsible for filling-up Saddle Bags/Water Tanks in Trucks
• Performs basic maintenance on the Plant buildings and equipment:
• Paining
• Scrub paint
• Clean Mixer Trucks
• Gease equipment
• Clean equipment
• Clean break room, bathrooms, refrigerator
• Ability to drive the Water Truck

  Ability to work flexible shifts both pertaining to days of the work and work hours.
• Performs other duties as required.
