Pay Rate: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 7 AM - 4 PM or 8 AM - 5 PM

Looking for Digital Print Operator jobs in Irving where dependable work keeps production moving? This opportunity lets you operate manufacturing equipment, monitor product quality, and help produce consistent results in a safe, fast-paced production environment.
Job Duties- Operate digital production printing equipment, including Konica Minolta Accurio Press systems.
- Review job tickets, proofs, production specifications, and deadlines prior to production.
- Set up and run print jobs according to customer and production requirements.
- Load paper and specialty media while ensuring proper machine settings.
- Perform print quality inspections, calibration, registration checks, and color verification.
- Monitor production for print defects, alignment issues, color consistency, and image quality.
- Verify completed quantities and job accuracy before release to finishing or shipping.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and maintain adequate production supplies.
- Troubleshoot basic machine, feeding, image quality, and operational issues.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
- Experience operating digital production printing equipment.
- Konica Minolta Accurio Press experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Fiery Command Work Station or similar print workflow software.
- Experience operating Duplo DC-618 or comparable digital finishing equipment.
- Understanding of commercial printing processes and production workflows.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery.
- Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
