We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Media Coordinator to join our fast-paced Cosmetics team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the central liaison between creative, marketing, and external media partners, ensuring seamless execution of digital and print media campaigns. Your expertise in media planning, content coordination, and cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in amplifying our brand’s visibility and driving engagement across key platforms.
This role is critical in maintaining brand consistency, managing media assets, and supporting high-impact campaigns that resonate with our target audience. As a Media Coordinator, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and narrative identity of our product launches, influencer collaborations, and seasonal campaigns, contributing directly to our market leadership in the competitive beauty space.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of media assets, including photography, video, and digital content, from concept to publication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Product Development) and external partners (agencies, influencers, photographers) to ensure timely delivery and alignment with campaign goals.
- Maintain and organize a centralized media asset library with proper tagging, version control, and access protocols.
- Manage media requests and approvals, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and legal standards.
- Track and report on media performance metrics across digital channels, providing insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Support the scheduling and deployment of media content across social media, websites, email campaigns, and retail collateral.
- Troubleshoot media delivery issues and coordinate rapid resolutions to meet tight deadlines.
- Assist in the preparation of media kits, press releases, and promotional materials for PR and influencer outreach.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in media coordination, marketing support, or a similar role within the beauty, cosmetics, or consumer goods industry.
- Proven experience managing digital media assets and working with content management systems (CMS) and media libraries.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube) and digital advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Experience with influencer campaign coordination and media relations is a plus.
