CRM Engagement Manager

As the CRM Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through Signet’s CRM team’s segmentation efforts via email and SMS. You’ll work closely with the CRM Director, other CRM Managers, and Analysts to drive the end‑to‑end execution of campaigns across all channels, ensuring business requirements and goals are met.

• Oversee campaign execution for customer journeys from start to finish and own channel‑level activation, including configuration of campaigns in relevant channels (e.g., Sailthru for emails, media, web) based on specific audience requirements, email launch date/time, and other details listed in briefing –25%.
• Own Creative Brief creation, distribution, clarification, and reviews for each campaign –20%.
• Advise on execution feasibility during campaign strategy planning, providing needed input to strategy given each campaign’s intended audience, business goals, customer journey, etc., bringing in the CRM Director where needed –20%.
• Perform campaign quality assurance, launch tests, email and ad builds when needed, and iteratively update based on feedback –10%.
• Work closely with Creative, Agencies, and Data & Tech support to ensure business requirements are met within campaign execution –10%.
• Monitor email execution and marketing performance, provide segmentation strategic guidance based on result analysis, and optimize future segmentation strategies based on brand, business, and market priorities –15%.
