About the Role
The Marketing Content & Brand Specialist will own the day-to-day execution of Wellfit’s marketing content, collateral, social media, website content updates, and event marketing support. This is a hands‑on creative role for someone who can take ideas and turn them into compelling content quickly. The right person will be comfortable writing blogs, creating social posts, refreshing sales collateral, supporting trade show materials, coordinating marketing assets, and using modern AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality.
This role is ideal for someone who understands B2B marketing, knows how to create content that drives brand awareness and sales engagement, and has the creative instincts to make Wellfit’s message stand out in a crowded market.
- Create compelling B2B marketing content that communicates Wellfit’s value to providers, partners, payors, and other business decision‑makers.
- Write and publish monthly blog content focused on topics such as dental office growth, patient financing, payment solutions, membership plans, provider education, and industry trends.
- Develop copy for sales collateral, brochures, flyers, trade show materials, website pages, emails, and social posts.
- Help translate complex product and fintech concepts into clear, engaging, and marketable messaging.
- Bring creative ideas forward that help Wellfit sound sharper, more modern, and more memorable.
- Own and manage Wellfit’s presence across platforms such as Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, and You Tube.
- Create and schedule social media content that supports brand awareness, product education, event promotion, and customer engagement.
- Develop hooks, captions, visuals, and short‑form content that catch attention while staying aligned with Wellfit’s professional B2B audience.
- Monitor engagement, performance, and opportunities to improve content quality over time.
- Bring a fresh, creative, and socially fluent perspective to how Wellfit shows up online.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to keep Wellfit’s website content current, accurate, and aligned with new product releases.
- Identify outdated content, missing product information, broken links, and opportunities to improve the site experience.
- Support basic website content updates, SEO optimization, metadata improvements, and blog publishing.
- Help ensure new offerings such as ACH, Pinless Debit, Plans, or other product launches are properly reflected on the website.
- Work with external partners or internal teams when more technical website updates are needed.
- Create and refresh sales materials, product flyers, brochures, one‑pagers, customer‑facing assets, and trade show materials.
- Maintain organized files of approved collateral, source artwork, PDFs, and vendor information.
- Help ensure Wellfit has the right marketing materials available for sales conversations, customer meetings, conferences, and partner events.
- Track inventory of printed materials and coordinate reorders before supplies run low.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Product, and leadership to make sure collateral supports current business priorities.
- Support trade show preparation by coordinating booth materials, collateral, shipping, inventory, and vendor communication.
- Help ensure event materials arrive on time and are aligned with the audience, product focus, and Wellfit brand.
- Coordinate with booth logistics partners, print vendors, and internal stakeholders as needed.
- Create event‑specific flyers, handouts, signage, and promotional materials.
- Bring structure and consistency to a process that currently requires too much last‑minute coordination.
- Use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Canva, design platforms, video tools, and other AI‑enabled systems to create, iterate, and improve marketing content quickly.
- Help Wellfit bring more marketing work in‑house by using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and cost efficiency.
