The Senior Marketing Executive is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth, brand positioning, and lead generation across RFE Communications’ target sectors. Day‑to‑day activities include planning and managing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, collaborating with sales teams on go‑to‑market initiatives, and creating marketing materials tailored to key industries.
The Senior Marketing Executive will analyze digital campaign performance, maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders, and identify new opportunities to promote RFE Communications solutions and services. The role also involves supporting sales enablement efforts and representing the company at industry events and customer meetings as needed.
- Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills to design and manage effective campaigns and growth strategies.
- Candidates should possess solid Market Research skills to assess industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and present strategies and results clearly.
- Candidates should possess Sales‑related skills to support lead generation, sales alignment, and go‑to‑market activities.
- Experience in B2B or technology/telecommunications marketing is beneficial.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in an on‑site team environment.
- Must be proficient in Website Development, SEO, PPC, Graphic Design and Social Media management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
