Digital Copywriter
We’re looking for a creative leader to develop persuasive, brand‑aligned copy across a variety of digital channels for our growing network of home‑service brands.
OverviewA typical day involves refining tone‑of‑voice guidelines, writing high‑performing copy for SMS, social, email, web, and print, building AI‑powered copy systems, and testing performance data to improve effectiveness. The role is based in a hybrid model—Monday‑Wednesday in office and Thursday‑Friday remote, full‑time, 8AM‑5PM.
Responsibilities- Develop and refine tone‑of‑voice guidelines for multiple brands.
- Translate brand positioning into clear, usable writing systems (voice principles, do/don’t examples, messaging frameworks).
- Ensure tone is adaptable across channels while remaining consistent and recognizable.
- Produce copy for SMS/text marketing, social media captions, email & marketing automation, digital ads, web content, and occasional print (flyers, direct mail).
- Adapt messaging for different audiences, services, and funnel stages.
- Build and maintain AI‑powered copywriting agents to scale content creation.
- Translate tone guidelines into effective prompts and structured workflows using AI tools.
- Use performance data (engagement, CTR, conversions) to refine messaging and test headlines, hooks, and offers.
- Identify opportunities to improve speed and consistency through automation and templating.
- 4–7years in copywriting, content, or digital marketing.
- Strong portfolio of digital‑first copy (SMS, email, social, ads).
- Experience with brand voice/tone systems.
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to support copy workflows.
- Experience in multi‑location or franchise‑based businesses.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Translate strategy and insights into effective messaging.
- Strong attention to detail and multi‑project management.
- Write clear, concise, persuasive copy across formats.
- Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or an equivalent field.
Schedule & In‑office RequirementsHybrid working model;
Monday‑Wednesday in office, Thursday‑Friday from home. Office locations: 500E John Carpenter Fwy, Irving, TX 75068 & 1010N University Parks Drive, Waco, TX 76706.
