Our client, a scrappy, up and coming $300MM Internet services business is looking for a Brand & Communications Manager to help shape their brand, strengthen their presence in the communities they serve, and amplify their story.

As the Brand & Communications Manager, you'll be the voice and face of the company in their local markets. You'll help elevate the brand, build trusted community relationships, and create compelling communications that drive awareness and engagement.

• Lead brand messaging and ensure consistency across all marketing and communications.
• Develop and distribute press releases and media announcements.
• Build strong relationships with local media and secure earned media opportunities.
• Plan and execute community events, sponsor ships, and strategic partnerships.
• Represent the company at networking events, chamber meetings, and community organizations.
• Foster relationships with municipalities, schools, nonprofits, and business leaders.
• Monitor brand reputation, community sentiment, and customer feedback to strengthen our public presence.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, communications, public relations, or community engagement.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• A creative mindset with the ability to execute strategic initiatives.
• Confidence representing a growing brand in the community.
• A passion for building relationships and creating lasting impact.
